We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know within 14 days of the project start date and we will cancel the project and provide a full refund.
If you cancel the project after 14 days of the project start date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will depend on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Refund Policy
If we are unable to deliver the services agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of any payments made for the service.
If you are not satisfied with the final product, we will work with you to make any necessary changes to ensure your satisfaction. If we are still unable to deliver the desired result, we will provide a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for any third-party services or products purchased on your behalf as part of the project.
